Our credentials

Keith Williams was HR Services Technology Director at Unilever, where he led the creation of a suite of technologies as part of Unilever’s global HR Digital Transformation programme. In this role he gained hands on expertise in building, training and and deploying chatbots and developing an Employee Experience infrastructure as part of a global HR Digital Transformation programme. He has also completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Keith is an experienced trainer having been the global Training Manager at KornFerry and Global Lead for Reward Training at Unilever, and is known for being able to convey complex concepts in an accessible way. He is also a regular keynote speaker and active blogger.

Keith recently delivered a Digital Transformation global learning programme for the United Nations Development Programme (as a webcast) and regularly runs Chatbot 101 short learning sessions. Take a look at the types of content that we can include in learning programmes.
